just realised i had taken this photo too :) thats our costume for the hip hop item! don't we look happy together? ;) heh.

and don't be mistaken, i wasn't acting hiao. i was halfway through tying my hair XD



a new photocopier FINALLY arrived in the office last thursday, coz our old one went into a coma after suffering from a stroke. i don't frigging know why it got a stroke, but it occured right after it had its toner changed. but now the new one arrived and it's a colour photocopier! how cool! that also means it takes longer to scan since it has to scan for colours too. thankfully we don't have to fork out money to buy a new photocopier coz we HAVE to do that for our old phone. how ridiculous. just how stingy can this bank get! first is the paper crisis (it's STILL going on) and now, phone crisis.

i think everyone in my team is waiting for the phone to die completely before becoming REALLY worried coz nobody seems to care except me. but since i'm leaving already i guess it's probably none of my business anymore coz i just need to survive with it for 3 more weeks while they have to survive with it until it dies off. haha.

maybe i should buy and donate a phone as a farewell gift when i leave?

my mum thinks i'm quitting too early and she's expecting me to slog somemore until mid july. oh gosh, i don't think i can take that anymore. i HATE routines 8.30 to 6 and i HATE waking up early! work is taking away so much of my time and energy that i don't even have time to stop and smell the roses. i need to get a life man! uni life will be hell life so i better slack while i can.

money money money. so many money grabbers around. i love money but i'll never go to the extent of sacrificing too much of my leisure time for it unless i'm seriously too poor..




i really thank the seniors for organising the campus tour for us today :) it was quite beneficial to me.. coz more or less i know how to get to places in the campus already. we skipped the halls though, coz of time constraint and we were quite tired from walking around just the academic blocks alone. most importantly i think i know how to get to the medical centre for my check up already :) don't want to end up asking for directions on that day like some kuku person.

i read the papers and to my horror, 70% of the cohort couldn't get into any of the 3 unis. sounds kinda ridiculous.. but the info may not be reliable still. anyhow, i've seen many rejection cases from NTU.. even AABB grades! thankfully i'm not one of the suay people.. phew. that makes me treasure my place in NTU even more. i wonder if it is true that people with not-so-good results can't get into NTU but perhaps they can get into NUS. no offence though, it's just a rumour and a trend that is observed.




enough of uni stuffs.. ballet today was funnn :) we're always having new classmates i don't know why. and today an auntie of my mum's age joined my class. i'm not saying there's anything wrong with the age, but this auntie doesn't seem to want to follow the class. she does things differently from what is taught.. haha i wonder if she'll come next week. and a classmate asked me where i got my leotard from.. i guess she probably likes the cross on the back of my leotard so she bought one with two crosses haha! :x

it's good that we're progressing.. today i tried to do a fouetté coz it's nice and we've seen tj dancers doing it. but i didn't realise toru was watching from the other corner of the studio and oops! he must have seen how fugly my fouetté was. how embarrassing but it's OKAY, we haven't learnt that yet anyway and he said it was a good try :) thank you very much, i'll practise that at home :)

it's good to be inspired, thats a motivation to learn more :)


by the way, i miss the days i could split like nobody's business :(
